How does handwriting become a habit? To explain handwriting from a physiological point of view it is interesting to note that it is an extremely complex motor task that we usually start learning at about the age of 4, 5 or 6.


Handwriting is crucial for many reasons but certainly because it is one of the things that sets us apart as being human. No one can deny the pleasure of receiving a personal handwritten note over a printed mass produced one.

Handwriting analysis is the holistic examination of handwriting used to form a personality and character profile for different applications. The assessment of numerous objective criteria such as form, size, speed, slant movement and organisation are examined and are combined to provide insight into the personal qualities of the writer.
